Everyway Pilates Studio & Virtual Policies

We’re here to create a welcoming, focused space — whether you’re joining us in person or online — so you can show up for your goals. To keep things running smoothly for everyone, please take a moment to review our policies.

Arrivals & Start Times

  • First-time clients: Please arrive (or log on) at least 10 minutes early so we can get you set up and ready to go.

  • Private/Semi-Private Sessions: Sessions are 55 minutes unless otherwise noted. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

  • Group Classes: Please arrive on time. For your safety and the flow of the class, we can’t admit clients more than 15 minutes after the start time.

Attire

  • Wear clothing that allows you to move freely. Leggings or bike shorts are recommended.

  • Pilates is best barefoot, but socks are welcome if you prefer (grip socks are a plus for stability).

  • Please avoid clothing with zippers or sharp embellishments that could damage the equipment.

Phones & Devices

  • In-studio: Please silence and put away cell phones so you (and others) can stay present.

  • Virtual: Keep your camera on if possible so your instructor can help with alignment and safety.

Cancellation Policy

  • Privates & Semi-Privates: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) will be charged the full session rate.

  • Group Classes: Please cancel at least 12 hours in advance to keep your pass from being charged. Cancellations within 2 hours of class start time will be charged in full.

  • Snow Days/Weather: If weather makes it unsafe to travel, you will not be charged. We may offer a virtual option when possible.

Safety

  • Please let your instructor know about any health concerns, injuries, pregnancies, or changes in your condition — even minor — so we can tailor your session accordingly.

  • Do not use Pilates equipment without guidance from your instructor.

Children

We love that Everyway started with a focus on families — but in order to create a calm, safe space for everyone during in-studio sessions:

  • Children should not be present during classes or private sessions unless the session is specifically designed for families/mommy & me.

  • If childcare is a challenge, we’re happy to discuss private or semi-private sessions that allow you to bring a friend, family member, or little one along in a more flexible setting.
